NEW - Echo Falls White Zinfandel Rose wine
A new Californian Rose is now available from DESRAS! Adding to the existing Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from Echo Falls, comes a fruity Ehite Zinfandel Rose.
Grapes were gently crushed and part fermented on the grape skins at cool temperature for 2 days. The juice was then run off and fermentation continued for 3 to 4 days. The red fruit flavours of the zinfandel grape come through well on this rose wine both on the nose and palate and the wine has good fruit and acidity balance. Echo Falls' winemakers have paid special attention to stabilising the colour of the wine so that it retains its lively pink hues.
Wine style: a lively fruity rose wine with aromas of red summer fruits and an attractive crisp sweetness on the palate.
